About our team
This is the support team for all customers that use the EV HUB service platform (a.k.a. inspection report).
This team will handle all online tickets as well as Live Chats from within the platform console.
Questions
We aim to respond to all support tickets in about 2 hours during our standard business hours. Any support tickets submitted outside of our business hours will be handled the next business day.
The SWAT Team is a team of highly skilled and specialised experts that provide on-site assistance to our partner garages. The SWAT Team is typically deployed for challenging diagnostic issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
All support engagements start by submitting a support ticket. This allows our team members to keep track of specific issues and all the details related to each issue.
The SWAT Team will only be deployed once one of our experts have determined that on-site assistance is required.
To join our network of certified garages, you can go to our Partner and fill out a request there. Our sales team will review your request and reach out to you.
Becoming a certified garage usually involves the following steps:
- Initial discovery call and qualification.
- Scheduling an EV HUB training session.
- Setting up your garage in the EV HUB Service Platform.
- Inviting all your team members onto the Service Platform.
- Setting up and shipping your EV HUB tablets to your garage.
The Service Platform is a comprehensive B2B ecosystem tailored for EVs. It includes inspection tools, educational resources, training programs, and certifications specifically designed for traditional garage chains making the transition to EV services.
