Your Responsibilities
- Disassemble and analyze EV batteries and electronic components to assess performance and faults.
- Conduct research and testing to identify issues and develop solutions for improving battery efficiency and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and repair defective or inefficient electronic components.
- Document findings, prepare technical reports, and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance battery lifecycle management and repair technologies.
- Utilize advanced testing equipment to evaluate battery cells, circuit boards, and electronic modules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices for handling high-voltage components.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in battery technology, power electronics, or electronic component analysis is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with disassembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.
- Safety Knowledge: Understanding of high-voltage safety procedures and best practices.
- Collaboration & Independence: Ability to work both independently and within a research-driven team.
- Language: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
